The agreement is between you and GoTo Haram. Please read all the terms and conditions. By visiting our site, you automatically agree to all our terms and conditions. If you wish to do business with us, you must accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please do not proceed with booking your tour with GoTo Haram.

General contract and user agreement

When you book a package with us, you’re purchasing a product or service from GoTo Haram. After booking, you’ll receive a receipt and a verification email. Please note that all our offerings depend on availability. We work with third-party providers for hotel bookings, car rentals, flights, tour packages, and other travel services. If something is unavailable, we’ll let you know.

We advise all customers to avail of the travel insurance because there are circumstances when neither GoTo Haram nor our travel suppliers accept the liability.

Travel suppliers

You’re booking travel services through GoTo Haram, but keep in mind that you’ll need to agree to all the terms and conditions set by the travel suppliers and operators. Essentially, the contract will be between you and the travel supplier. GoTo Haram is just facilitating these services for you, so we’re not responsible for any products or services provided by third-party suppliers.

Travel supplier conditions

Sometimes things don’t go as planned when we travel—like flight delays, issues with hotel reservations, or problems with travel accessories. These are beyond our control. So, it’s important to go with the flow and accept these situations. You’ll need to agree to the travel supplier’s conditions, which cover things like payment procedures, liability, cancellations, refunds, and booking changes.

Conditions on which we deliver the booking

You can choose between e-tickets and paper tickets. However, the availability of your chosen ticket will be subject to the airline. Some airlines do not issue e-tickets. We’ll send your paper tickets through the mail. So, you must double-check your mailing address while entering it on our site. We can’t be held responsible for lost tickets if they’re sent to an incorrect mailing address.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or modify your booking, you must contact our customer service team by phone. This process is subject to airline rules and regulations, and you will be responsible for any associated costs. To cancel or modify a hotel reservation, you must inform us at least 7 days before the reservation date. For car rentals, the terms and conditions of the travel suppliers will apply, so adjustments will need to be made according to their policies regarding cancellations or modifications.

Note

  • The deposit for flight tickets is totally nonrefundable. We are not responsible for refunds if you cancel your booking after getting flight tickets.
  • Your passport must have 6 months before expiration.
  • The Saudi Embassy issues the visa, and we are not responsible if your visa application gets rejected for any reason.
  • The visa cost will vary according to the Saudi embassy rules.
  • If your visa gets rejected, you can apply for flight and hotel reservation cancellation. In that case, you will get a refund depending on cancellation charges.
  • The hotels that we offer are all subject to availability. That’s why you will get a reservation upon confirmation from the hotel.
  • We will get you a similar hotel if your reservation is cancelled from the hotel due to any circumstance.

Conditions for flight booking

We will book your flight as requested if available. If there are no flights matching your preferences, we will present alternative options for you to choose from. You can choose any option from our list. Sometimes direct flights are not available. You must choose from the available options if your preferred flights are not available.

Payment terms

The full amount is required at the time of flight booking. For other payments, you have three options, which are the following.

  • Full amount deposit at the time of booking.
  • Some deposit at the time of booking with the remainder payable at checkout.
  • Full amount deposit at check out.

You’ll need to pay any charges from travel suppliers if their terms and conditions require it.

Your Financial Protection

Your payments are safeguarded by the Civil Aviation Authority’s ATOL (Air Travel Organizers’ License) scheme.

A lot of the flights and flight-inclusive travel plans we book for you are covered by the ATOL scheme, but not all travel and services are included. Check with us to see what protection your booking has. If you don’t get an ATOL Certificate, your booking isn’t protected by ATOL. Even if you do get an ATOL Certificate, any parts of your trip not listed aren’t covered. For more details on financial protection and the ATOL Certificate, visit atol.org.uk/ATOL Certificate.

When you book an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive travel through us, you’ll get an ATOL Certificate. This certificate details what is financially protected, where you can find more information, and who to contact if anything goes wrong.

If your booking, or part of it, is covered by ATOL, we, or the travel service provider listed on your ATOL Certificate, will handle your booking and arrange the travel services listed on the certificate (or find a suitable alternative). If we or the travel service provider can’t do this due to insolvency, another ATOL holder might step in to provide the travel services you booked or an alternative at no extra cost. You agree that in these cases, the alternative ATOL holder will take over the responsibilities, and you’ll pay any remaining balance to them. However, if it’s not possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, you’ll be able to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or with your credit card issuer if applicable).

If we, or the travel service provider listed on your ATOL certificate, can’t arrange or provide the services mentioned (or a suitable alternative through another ATOL holder or otherwise) because of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may give you a payment or benefit under the ATOL scheme. By accepting this payment or benefit, you agree to assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims you have or may have related to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent, or your credit card issuer where applicable. You also agree that any such claims may be reassigned to another body if that body has paid the sums you claimed under the ATOL scheme.

Passports, Visa, and Health terms

You’ll need to submit your passport to us, and we’ll handle the process from there. The Visa is issued by the Saudi Embassy, and our role is simply to submit your passport to them. Once the Visa is issued, we’ll return your passport to you. If the Embassy requires any special documents, we’ll let you know, and you’ll need to provide the necessary details. If a health certificate is needed, you’ll have to get one from a registered medical practitioner. Please note, if your application is rejected for any reason, we cannot be held responsible. We will charge you for the visa service. Additionally, please inform us about any health requirements you may have. So, we can make special arrangements if required.

Refund Policy

We are not able to refund the full payment in any case like Pandemic

In general terms and conditions

GoTo Haram does not accept legal responsibility if there is a failure to deliver your booking or part of your booking, which is not our fault of us. GoTo Haram is legally responsible for direct loss, which will be equal to the maximum amount of your booking. We want to let you know that we can only compensate up to the amount you’ve deposited with us. GoTo Haram isn’t responsible for any indirect or consequential losses you might experience during your tour.

User obligation terms

You agree to follow obligations without limitations.

  • You are responsible for all financial transactions. We do not compel you. It is your choice.
  • You must be 18 years old and have legal capacity.
  • You must confirm that all the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
  • Please do not use this site to make any false, fraudulent, or fake bookings.
  • We prohibit all threatening, pornographic, defaming, political, derogatory, and racist material.
  • The content on this site is for personal use only; any other use is prohibited.

Denial of service

GoTo Haram reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
